continuation of yesterday's...

original plan went wrong so need to come up with a backup plan and that involved a lot of phone calls and sms-ing. messaged so many people at the same time until i almost get confused.

headed to times square. had my haircut. err...it wasnt really what i expected but still acceptable le.( i think...) that girl must be more careful while washing my hair, not until my tshirt also wet.

later walked around to see if there is any vacany. i bumped into jian fai and his mum! as usual greeted each other and his mum asked typical questions like "how r u? currently doing what? plan to apply what course?"and so on.

that really brought back memories during primary school. yeah that time we were young and dangerous oh slightly immature? well things were much simpler and cheaper. french fries onli costs around 30 cent.

about him, he is my 1st friend and best friend during primary school. when we went to different secondary schools, it kinda opened a big gap between us. make up for all the time we lost? he once said in his testi for me. so buddy, pasar road reunion? haha

he's going to uk for holidays. hope u will enjoy this much-deserved holiday. u worked hard for it. and bring back some choclates:P play snow also le. like felix. hehe

later, went to sg wang and find a gift, simple one, for a friend of mine. yeah i did. the sales girl kept promoting her stuff, as if i can buy all. walked passed vincci and saw someone that really resembles lz hoe (another friend) but that wasnt him anyway.

found sang in metrojaya. this guy was paid rm5 for just standing there and chatting with me. kinda felt bad for disturbing him while working but there was too many things to catch up with him. almost one year didnt chat le. besides, there isnt any customer for him to serve.

pity his friend. saw him ran past us for many times, from 1st floor to basement and back to 1st floor again. tiring isnt? and yet he is only being paid 3.80 per hour. anybody wants this job since he is wants to resign?

i was suppose to leave at 5.00 pm but faí, keat's bro (same name...-_-") came so i just joined them for dinner at the place i once always go. and i must admit the pork chop still taste so good.

sang pesuaded me to join him to genting next monday. "now that i'm jobless still want me to spend money meh?"my response. "err...enjoy life 1st ma. i help u find a job k?..." i was told. anyway his days are "numbered". i mean he will go for NS soon.

i was late. i should have prepared myself by 7.00 pm but i was still "stranded" at hang tuah station. practically, i ran back to my house, bathed and simply quickly wrapped the present. it was the worst present i ever wrapped. i blamed the shape of the pillow and the lack of time. wen cheong came to fetch me. thx buddy.

we were quite late. pearly was later than us, followed by nandhesh. so much food but i didnt eat much anyway. remember i had dinner with them earlier?

the party was great. i mean, a good chance for us to gather, spend some time with each other and ask how life was for each of them. u know things like : "mr. this" hav this job, "miss that" got that job, and the list goes on.

the games we played was fun. well, i'm sure that everyone will remember the 1 minute blackout, isnt? and the truth and dare thingy, was err...i wonder if everyone speaks out the truth? well, that's up to the individual whether to tell the truth or lie as well as the others to think it's the truth or lie.

anyway, happy birthday to aichen again. hope u had a great time. we enjoyed ourselves, dont we? *question for those who attended the party*

i was very tired (remember that i didnt sleep the night before?) so decided not to join them for yamcha.

thx again to wen cheong for sending me home and pearly for the cookies. it tastes good. and expensive too ( for jobless people like me)

on9 for a while before went to bed. heard some very unpleasant news. well, i'm lying if i say it doesnt bother me at all. but i experienced the worse before, so this is nothing. anyway that backbitter ( though i dunno who he/she is) should stop doing these. i mean, dont u get tired?

pearly was right. the mouth is on them. they can say anything they want. i cant do anything. even if i can, i wont la. choose forgive and forget. anyone can actually do that all the time with no expections?

forget about that.

anyway remember i said that me and a friend were in midvalley at same time but didnt know each other was there? again, it happened. i was at times square the whole afternoon and so i siew wai. but we nvr bump into each other. the world times square is so big.

oh about the job. lucikly pearly revealed the truth before i fall into the trap go for the interview, which suppose is today. anyway, i'm not interested in direct-sales. and pearly will resign too. welcome to the jobless cub.

today, woke up around 11.30pm by pearly's call and there's 4 msg.

very sorry to u coz cant accompany u to see daniel. very tired. next time la. by the way, i downloaded his song-you ji. since u told me u like it, so i have to give it a try. but i must admit, he has a nice voice.

and just now, me and yue ling successfully force invite pelly out for drink tea next week. haha. miss her and the welding gang.

it's me again

hey guys. this layout will be temporarily until someone who promised me come up with a nice skin. the others i can settle myself le. i'm not new to blogging la.

the idea to republish my blog came long ago but only have the time and mood to it after STPM. tangguh punye tangguh, at last ít's done. hehe. i wrote from last week till today. just now.

as i promised to let a friend of mine to let him be the inaugurator. that's y i couldnt show it to anyone else before him. haha. feel honoured leh?

hope my friends who abandoned their blogs will insaf la. hehe. since now cant see u guys anymore, blog will be another way to keep in touch. isnt?
well i didnt/couldnt sleep again. shit, remember i mentioned bout mental disorder before? hope it's not coming back. i on9 till 5 am then i lay on my bed listening to radio till 8 am and my parents were like "eh, wake up so early?" sigh...

was it something that i didnt say? yeah, this time just realised that jay sent that song to me through email. haha. though just a small thing, but u wouldnt know how big the difference it could make on others' life. ok la, when u come back, i belanja u... mamak? u sure miss nasi lemak and teh tarik kan? haha.

another thing, saw yue ling in msn this morning and straight away wished her "salam merdeka". actually she still has sej 2 this evening. damn paiseh le. anyway wish her good luck. one thing, after exam u'll be quite free hor? join me blogging la. like last time. ur acc doesnt exist anymore. sigh. btw, i need ur help. can hor?

oh, met another friend. pagi-pagi dah kena sound giler-giler pasal i tak tido semalam. hehe. i'm fine. dont worry too much.

later going out again. gonna buy something for someone. and night time: aichen's party.

till now

item of the day

this will be the 1st picture to be posted here.*with permission* hmm gianne u must feel very honoured to see it here? this is actually a ladder to put her earrings. creative, yes u are!

yesterday...

went to midvalley. thanks to my indecisive sis who cant make up her mind. it was a sudden decision anyway. we bought a t-shirt (for myself), a pair of pants (for her) and a present for aichen. it's cute ( kononnya la...) and hope she'll like it.

while we were there, suddenly 3 of my friends kept on sms-ing me. yeah la now onli reply la. so i was kinda busying replying sms all the time.

oh, when i was on my way back only i found that my friend went to the same place. if only we know each other is there, perhaps can meet sekejap kan? inikah yg dipanggil tak ada jodoh?

a couple aproached me while i was in plaza rakyat station. they were actually confused between pandan jaya, p.indah and p.perdana. luckily they understood my half-baked mandarin. glad that i could help them. oh, it reminded me that bad comman in english is not really handicap but not fluent mandarin, it is. well, gotta brush up on my mandarin. dui bu dui?

pearly got herself a new job. congrats. at the end of next month, can belanja me ady? haha. she did ask me to go for interview as there are still some vacany. well, i'll think about that. errm, it seems that i'm the only one who is jobless. haih... should have search for it last week. well, will still look for job anyway.

and she again reminded me about daniel's meet fans session on wednesday. she cant attend. haha anyone who is going can pls kindly take a picture of daniel for her?

did i mention that i just added few seniors of mine into msn list. really nice to chat with them after so long. if she (one of them) is not busy with her finals, surely i ll ask to meet up.

oh let's move to UK. according to felix, it was snowing ( that time). he was busy playing with snow actually and later created a snow man, as high as him... he showed the pic in msn. hey, it's still panas and lembap here in malaysia. u dont have banjir kilat there rite?*envy enot?*

and lastly, about myself. many said that i've become thinner. and seriously i think so. for those who know me, i am thin enough, extreme underweight and yet i m getting thinner.the jeans also become loose ady. perhaps one day'i'll be like a walking skeleton? for some, i am now. haha
anyone can pls teach me how to gain weight?

before i forget, i put this as my nick in msn: ¤¦ Âh ƒÿ€ ¦¤ miss u badly. where r u?

and it did catch alot ppl's attention all.everyone most so kepoh interested in knowing who i meant. those who fell for it were shin, gianne, yoke, kawai, jay, tony, yueling,... (these ppl are going to kill me for mentioning their name... hehe) . well, the trick seems to work but sadly the person i refer to didnt realise. haha. padan muka kan?

* this is actually the edited version to avoid unwanted consequences*

boring sunday

at last, i can resume back to normal lifestyle. that is awake in daytime and sleep at night. did i mention that i finally finished cleaning my room? now no more papers and books everywhere.

nothing much to do the whole day. just on9. sent few sms but nobody replied. i was asking about important stuff also no answer. teruk betul la. probably no credit? but, at least he didnt ask me to wait for his call.* some might know who i meant.*

i gave up. was it something that i didnt say? yeah i havent say yet la. ooh, haha that's the song that jay had been trying to send me but i lost count on how many times it failed. today worse, only left about 51kb and suddenly it failed. damn frustrated le.

right now, still thinking what to buy for aichen's coming birthday. anyone has any idea?

pearly informed me that daniel is having his meet-fans session at midvalley on wednesday. for daniel's fan, dont miss this opportunity k.

and for pearly, good luck in ur interview tomorrow.

between STPM and matriks?

for ur information, much have been said bout STPM, such as world 3rd toughest exam ( i'm not sure bout that...) and so on.

but, all these while i know STPM is tough but i dont really understand the conflict that goes on. now i finally do. for those who try to put matriculation as equivalent to STPM, pls la, think again. if u r a matriks student, try to go through form 6. if u r neither, perhaps it's better to shut ur mouth and avoid giving any biased opinions?

just compare the duration and syllabus, where matriks is definitely shorter and simpler. everyone knows that. if u dont, just go to the bookstores and make a comparison by urself. take a look at the "telephone directory"( physical chem by tan yin toon) and u'll have some idea of what i meant.

STPM is a public exam and there are too many factors in determining the outcome ie the result whereas matriks is an internal one. see the differences? we dont have semesters. we cant forget what we learnt in lower 6 and move on to upper6. but u guys can just bid bye to stuff u've learnt in semester 1 and move on to the next semester, happily.

i saw matriks papers before and i still have them. it's easy for daniel ( a freaking smart friend of mine from matriks) . for not-so-smart people like me, it's still easier than STPM. ooh...how i wish i can get those questions for STPM? haha...

dont missunderstood. i have no grudge for any matriks students. just that i feel it's very unfair to put matriks equivalent to STPM. i mean it's clear and obvious both are really different.

think again, finish reading everything is one thing. memorise the facts is another. vomit it out again on the paper and apply them correctly, under exam-tension is another thing again. at the end of the day, i really salute those who can get 4.0 and lead a normal life.

oh, both have one similarity ie the path to the university. err... to be honest, matriks is definitely an shorter, easier and smarter way to enter Uni. no doubt about that. if someone just wants an easy and smart way to Uni, just fill up the application form and keep ur fingers crossed that u'll be selected.

otherwise, choose STPM, if u want to experience what most of us have gone through. it's quite exciting, in its own way anyway. choose it, if u miss ur school life. haha

or if u have plenty of cash, dont even consider any of the above choices. haha.

for your information, daniel is ady doing medic-1st year when i was still struggling and preparing for STPM. worse, my future is still uncertain and i dont know what course i will get. now, it seems that it's better to play safe. btw, i didnt apply for it and till now, i have no regrets.

did i tell u guys that i think i've become insane? perhaps i m suffering from mental disorder or depression? my friends put it as post-STPM syndrome.(first of its kind...)

many things troubling me: exam, family, friendship, money and the list goes on. these are typical problems faced by everyone else but just that they suddenly came to my mind, at the same time.

cant sleep at night. i'll be busy cleaning my room, then rest for awhile then on9 and the process repeats. during daytime, i'll be too tired and fall asleep. wake up at night and the cycle repeats.

yeah i worry bout too many things, some which are beyond my control. i think in a too complicated way, which many of my friends pointed out. that's why i am unhappy most of the time?

well, the situation is not so severe that u guys might afraid seeing me mengamuk on the streets holding a parang. anyway, thanks to some of u who actually spent some time chatting with me. it helps.

i went to pasar malam yesterday. the cetak rompak cds are getting more expensive. 5 bucks per cd. "now only u know?" yoke mun's initial response. well i was holding 3 cds with one hand and 10 bucks note on the other. that guy looked puzzled. then only he told me it should be 15 bucks. damn paiseh.

anyway, now that i have 3 cds that add up to my collection. oh nice songs from leo ku, eason, janice, kenny and etc. totally satisfied... though they are rather expensive now.

strangely didn meet much lala-s on the street. perhaps all busy preparing for SPM?

as for tonight, which is friday night, not much people on9. so bored la. haih...

Tuesday, November 22, 2005

as i've expected, i didnt sleep the whole night. i was awake until 7.00 am then i suddenly fell asleep

the next thing was that i received a call from pearly asking where am i? "sleeping la. on the bed..." i told her. then, there was a moment of silent."what? u still sleeping?...." she sounded puzzled. then i looked at the clock, it was 11.45 am. shit! i told her perhaps i couldnt make it. but, i felt really bad so i informed her that i'll be joining them later. haih. paiseh le

in the end. i reached there quite late but better late than never rite? first thing pearly asked was "u didnt sleep?...again?"everyone was stunned. i was rather quiet in the beginning not after i saw the 60's, 70's ( or older?) songs that siew wai had picked. -_-" damn funny la. as usual, have much fun when sing k with them. as expected, someone will be jester-of-the-day. everyone takes turn.

after that, we went to kfc. talked and discussed about a lot of stuff such as life after exam, part time jobs, entering Uni and stuff lor. everyone would be busy after this and takes different path. just hope that this wont be the last gathering.

then, they went back but i headed to low yat to look for pc games. then, times square. it's been quite some time i didnt step into that place. not very crowded. just walked around before meeting keat for yamcha. long time didnt see him as well.
then?
went home la...

what can i say? the day that i've been anticipatin for months, oops should i say-since the day i entered lower6, finally has arrived. yeah after today, STPM will be history and so is my form6 life, as well as life as schoolboys?

here is the summary of events from pre to post STPM.

those sleepless nights and feeling sleepy during lessons are still fresh in my mind. those midnight oils i burnt (which is very bad for health), the horrible grades i see after getting back my exam papers and the questions that my friends asked most of the time - "r u studying?"- tortured me mentally. anyway, whether i was studying or not, they will still consider i was studying. haha.

besides, i was lured to join seminar by kasturi again and that burned a big hole in my pocket. nevertheless, attending-seminars is still a fun and memorable experience like the pasts. there are just too much weird and funny incidents that took place. the eccentric people that we came across, strange incidents took place and not forget to mention- jakun-ing. well, after all, this would be the last seminar that i could attend, i mean exam-oriented seminar.

and the last week before the big day was very crucial. i mean one has to prepare themselves physically and mentally. imagine u have to memorise every single facts in that whole stacks of books into ur brain or learn a few new long-wined chapters (that u never come across in life?) at the 11th hour? sickening...

yes it's very nice to receive good luck messages from ur friends, especially those whom u didnt see for quite some time. frankly, i never thought of getting messages from kuek, kam wah and etc. another thing, nowadays they even use SMS to circulate the soalan ramalan. just imagine how many times it may undergoes modification before it reached u? haha. anyway, soalan ramalan is just ramalan.

the night before Bio 1... i couldnt sleep and ended up didnt sleep at all. oh, i couldnt describe my feeling, a mixture of excited, guilty and nervous. the paper was actually ok. later that day, i made someone upset. sorry. perhaps i was really stressed up, just like u.

that friend later correctly guessed few topics which really came out in paper 2. . lucikly i managed to read up and memorised the ones on cardiovascular diseases. it helped me a bit. if i read up all his tips, surely can do much better lo.

again i didnt sleep on the night before Maths1. as usual, maths is my weakest subject. though most of the questions were quite straight-foward, err.. still i cant arrive at the correct answer. though rather moody, i still gotta meet calvin after that. susah betul la ...

surprisingly PA 1 was easy, much easier than expected. i read up those not-so-popular-but -could-come-out- topics. laser? robot? aeroangkasa? khidmat negara? none of it came out. wasted my time only. anyway PA 2 was ok except for the essay part.

Maths 2 was the horrible. the worst exam that i've sit for so far. the feeling of commiting suicide after Add Maths during SPM is still very fresh in my mind and Maths 2 is much worse than it (for me la...) err...definitely screw up my chances la. how?

after that, i have no mood at all to read chem. so in the end, i screwed up Chem 1 as well. haha. not so easy not so tough questions. by the way, i 've made many silly mistakes.

later on we have 3 days of holidays. if i've used up the 3 days well, i would still doubt whether i can do well in Chem 2. it was tough. especially the part where the teacher just rushed through.

anyway what's over is over, quoted from chian.

that was the last day.

that's all. this chapter is officially closed, at least for the time being.

first post

this will be my first post here but again, not my first time blogging. i am used to be a blogger anyway. since i'll be having a long holiday, perhaps i might blog every day? it's really been a long time i never write. hopefully, my sentences still make sense.
STPM is over and of course there's a sign of relief on everyone's face. the tradition continues. celebration the end of the exam? yes- had lunch together at the kopi-shop we always go. kinda lame but still ok.

well, the end of something is the beginning of another, rite? goodbye always pairs up with hello. the end of school life, the end of exam, that's what most of us have in mind but well, i'm more concern about the future.look too far ahead? it seems so but isnt that is more important than merely celebrating the end of exam?

today might be the last time i'll see some of my friends, until we meet up to take our results next year. kinda sad. they have been a whole bunch of nice people that spiced up my supposed-to-be-dull form6 life. it's a pity that i never have the time and opportunity to know some of them better. perhaps i might meet back some of them in the future. who knows?

it wasnt just about bidding goodbye to my friends, to the school as well. but 7 years is more than enough. frankly, i do cherish all the sweet memories i had while still this school but i will not forget all the misery that came along as well, in the past 7 years. that's why the experience is bittersweet.

actually, i feel guilty. i start hate myself for not doing enough. i have no one else to blame than myself for not giving my best. i can do better, i know that.

"aiyo, u can de la. dont think too much" that's what most all of my friends said to me. they are right, what's over is over. i agree to them but perhaps i need some time to adjust myself back to normal life.

another thing, i will have a really long holiday ( that i've been waiting for all this while?) will i miss school life? i'll have to wait and see. going for a vacation? no. no money. need to get a job. will i be lucky enough to meet some nice colleagues or have a wonderful working experience this time? hope so.

for the time being, i just want to relax my mind. perhaps will hang out with friends whom i didnt see for quite some time. some whom i always wanted to spend time with bout never have the opportunity before this. some whom i never seen for years. some whom i really missed. would be nice to chill out with them. a lot of things to catch up with.

by the way, i m going to sing k with pearly, man yit, wen cheong, siew wai tomorrow. kinda surprised that lunch-k at redbox wasnt fully booked. yeah, me and pearly will celebrate with the physics students. so kind of us, wait till u all finish then onli celebrate. haha
